Stroller Boot Camp NW
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can participate in Stroller Boot Camp?
Anyone with a stroller aged baby or child! This includes moms, pregnant moms, dads, grandparents and other caregivers.
**We recommend new moms wait at least 6 weeks before begining this or any exercises program and always get your Doctors OK before begining.

What do I need to bring?
You will want to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Make sure to bring extra layers for you and baby incase it gets cold. A rain cover for your stroller might be a good idea incase it starts to sprinkle. When possible, class will be moved indoors if the weather is extreme. You'll also want to bring a yoga mat or towel for stretching on the ground. We also recommend you bring snacks/water/milk/toys or anything your little one might need or like to have during the workout. Last, a Moby, Baby Bjiorn or the like might be a good idea if you think your baby might get fussy in the stroller, we will show you modifications to the exercises to accomodate you and your child.

How long are the workouts and what is involved?
Each class is an hour which consists of a warm up, intervals of cardio and weight/resistance training, ending with cool down and baby play. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have everything ready to go at the start of class.

What is provided with my registration?
The first time you sign up for a boot camp, you will receive a bag full of goodies which may include any or all of the following: a SBCNW t-shirt, water bottle and a toy for your baby as well as great coupons to local family-friendly businesses. At each class we will also provide you with the jump rope and resistance bands that you will use during each session.

What if I can't make a class or have to leave during a class?
We will happily credit you another class if you have to miss one. You can attend an additional class at your location if available or you can attend a class at another location/time or during a later boot camp.
