Danielle Carbary and Alexis Santman are Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialists. After each having their first child they came together and designed a program that would help them get back in shape without having to miss any of the precious moments with their sweet babies.
Danielle Carbary
Dani was raised in Tacoma, WA and currently resides with her husband, daughter and two Siberian Huskies in Federal Way. Danielle has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University's School of Health Physical Education and Recreation and a minor in Business Management. Her favorite activities are spending time with her family, and she loves horseracing and baseball!
Alexis Santman
Ali also grew up in Tacoma, WA and loves living in her current city of Bonney Lake, WA with her husband, son and two dogs. Ali is a Pre/Post Natal Exercise specialist with certification from the AFPA in addition to her degree in Small Business Management. Ali loves hanging out with her family, going camping and visiting the Northwest ocean beaches.
